Ordered a plant arrangement for a funeral, the customer service was above and beyond! Mercedes was amazing to upgrade the plant and vase to fit the church funeral along with sending me a picture and making sure it arrived on time. Would recommend for everyone to use Mercedes Flowers!

The anniversary flowers were delivered, and while a lovely array they were limp and looked a bit dry. We emailed the owner and she immediately returned with a second bouquet of roses that were perfect. She called us a bit later to explain that the Wild Texas flowers were delivered that morning and they are always a bit dry upon arrival. She said the bouquet would open and look brighter in a few hours. She was 100% correct. Day two the flowers look brighter and have opened a bit. We give her an A+ for amazing service and beautiful arrangements.

Mercedes is incredible. She is born to do this and she cares so much. Every time I use her, I am absolutely amazed. She outdid herself yet again. And what a great holiday bouquet we just received. The house is full of love now.

Mercedes was absolutely wonderful to work with and has the BEST floral arrangements. My partner and I celebrated our 14th anniversary at the Austin Proper and I wanted to surprise her with 100 red roses. These roses were absolutely stunning and Mercedes took care of coordinating with the hotel to make sure it was a beautiful surprise with the gorgeous flowers waiting for us upon entering our room. I have been working on the west coast and the distance has really been getting to me and my partner. I could tell she needed a little pick me up and I wanted to let her know I was thinking about her. I went online and found this lovely bouquet, with the mauve and the purple. Mercedes and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND for our special and memorable occasion. It was my daughter's first concert with her favorite musician, Anne Wilson, in Houston. I shared my daughter would be meeting Anne in person prior to the show, and the flowers are for her. Without my knowledge and to our surprise, Mercedes did her research and designed the most beautiful arrangement inspired by Anne's music. My daughter was so excited to make sure the flowers were well cared for on the trip. This gesture of kindness made the trip to our first concert together so special, and the look of awe when my daughter gave Anne the flowers is a memory that we will never forget. What an utterly extraordinary experience ordering flowers from Mercedes Flowers! I absolutely wanted to order my flowers from Mercedes since her artistic and aesthetic sensibilities are simply outstanding. Although the delivery zip code to which I was placing my order was not on her list, to my total delight, she made it possible! Mercedes' communication skills are absolutely fantastic - something which I value immensely. She also asked me if I were partial to any particular colour - a wonderful gesture to which I provided her with my preference, if possible. Upon delivery, she sent me a number of photos of the beautiful arrangement where I could see its size in relation to the person holding it. It goes without say that I highly recommend Mercedes Flowers to everyone!
