The anniversary flowers were delivered, and while a lovely array they were limp and looked a bit dry. We emailed the owner and she immediately returned with a second bouquet of roses that were perfect. She called us a bit later to explain that the Wild Texas flowers were delivered that morning and they are always a bit dry upon arrival. She said the bouquet would open and look brighter in a few hours. She was 100% correct. Day two the flowers look brighter and have opened a bit. We give her an A+ for amazing service and beautiful arrangements.

Mercedes was absolutely wonderful to work with and has the BEST floral arrangements. My partner and I celebrated our 14th anniversary at the Austin Proper and I wanted to surprise her with 100 red roses. These roses were absolutely stunning and Mercedes took care of coordinating with the hotel to make sure it was a beautiful surprise with the gorgeous flowers waiting for us upon entering our room. Mercedes and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND for our special and memorable occasion. It was my daughter's first concert with her favorite musician, Anne Wilson, in Houston. I shared my daughter would be meeting Anne in person prior to the show, and the flowers are for her. My daughter was so excited to make sure the flowers were well cared for on the trip. I absolutely wanted to order my flowers from Mercedes since her artistic and aesthetic sensibilities are simply outstanding. Although the delivery zip code to which I was placing my order was not on her list, to my total delight, she made it possible! Mercedes' communication skills are absolutely fantastic - something which I value immensely. She also asked me if I were partial to any particular colour - a wonderful gesture to which I provided her with my preference, if possible. Upon delivery, she sent me a number of photos of the beautiful arrangement where I could see its size in relation to the person holding it.
