Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

What an utterly extraordinary experience ordering flowers from Mercedes Flowers! I absolutely wanted to order my flowers from Mercedes since her artistic and aesthetic sensibilities are simply outstanding. Although the delivery zip code to which I was placing my order was not on her list, to my total delight, she made it possible! Mercedes' communication skills are absolutely fantastic - something which I value immensely. She also asked me if I were partial to any particular colour - a wonderful gesture to which I provided her with my preference, if possible. Upon delivery, she sent me a number of photos of the beautiful arrangement where I could see its size in relation to the person holding it. It goes without say that I highly recommend Mercedes Flowers to everyone!

I expected my wife to love the flowers - and she did. What I didn't expect was Mercedes' great communication. She messaged me to double-check the spelling of a word that could have been a typo, provided an accurate delivery ETA, and proactively provided great tips for ensuring the beautiful arrangement would last as long as possible. I will definitely be ordering flowers from Mercedes again!

Mercedes is the most caring and professional florist I have ever experienced. When we needed beautiful flowers to convey our love and respect on a moments notice, Mercedes stepped up and took care of our urgent request. She even hand delivered our flowers to ensure they were there on time. The flowers were truly stunning and so well received.The quality of flowers, and more importantly the service, is second to none. It's so good to know you're valued as a customer. This is hard to find these days. Thank you ~
