In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Mercedes was wonderful! I ordered a sympathy flower arrangement over the weekend and she put together a spectacular arrangement and made sure the flowers were delivered in great shape and in a timely fashion. Not to mention, I really appreciated her kind words that she texted me on this sad occasion. Great flowers, great service, and Mercedes herself is wonderful, so what’s not to love? I ordered the whimsical box for my son and daughter-in-law on the occasion of the birth of their first baby boy! They are big succulent fans and I thought the mix of white flowers, succulents and natural greenery was beautiful! I also asked for a blue ribbon for the baby boy! Mercedes took care of it all! On the day the arrangement was to be delivered I found out that they were being released from the hospital. Worried that the flowers might miss them, I contacted Mercedes who was on the way to the hospital. She assured me that she would make sure they got the flowers and she did!! Texts and email communication was awesome only surpassed by the beauty of the very unique and original arrangement! I have found my forever florist in the Austin area!!! Thanks Mercedes!! My mom could not be happier with this Whimsical Box we sent her while she was feeling under the weather. The succulents are a beautiful touch, and she keeps commenting on the beautiful assortment of flowers! So happy I found Mercedes Flowers!!
