Mercedes truly went above and beyond! Our daughter turned 25 this past weekend and we arranged for a magnificent bouquet to arrive using Mercedes’ excellent website. With me in Seattle and she in Dallas, the impact of my floral gift depended on the accuracy of both the photo on Mercedes' website and their ability to replicate it. Mission accomplished! The floral arrangement was delivered right on time (during a snowstorm) and was even more beautiful than the photo! I know because she sent me photos right after she received it. Part of her response included a crying emoji and 5 "wow"s. I would give Mercedes 10 stars if I could!

Mercedes delivered an exquisite arrangement sent in sympathy sent to a special friend. I was told that the recipient “loves the gorgeous arrangement...one of the nicest we have ever seen”. I appreciate Mercedes gift of creative artistry in arranging nature’s blossoms, which brought joy to someone in need of it, while grieving the loss of her dear grandmother due to COVID-19.
