Incredible customer experience! Above and beyond the call. I goofed up and gave an old (incorrect) address for delivery.....Mercedes called me to update and assure me she would take care of it. Communicating with all parties to ensure the flowers were delivered. She made a special trip over the weekend ! My friend was overjoyed with the beautiful arrangement. It made her day I will refer and be using Mercedes Flowers again! Thank you so much ! Ross

She said “you outdid yourselves on the flowers”! So if you want to give a special person something that touches them deeply, let Mercedes send them some of her magic. I’ve been using her for years and I am never disappointed. She makes ME look like the best gift giver on the planet.
